The purpose of this initial consultation is to meet with you and discuss the site requirements and your individual needs. We will present various MCM Homes design options from the MCM Homes Collection, and any customization you may have in mind can be discussed. 

We will also present samples of materials and finishes from the MCM Homes Product Range. There is no cost for this initial consultation. 

The desired outcome of this stage is to present to you your customised, site-specific MCM Home within your budget requirements. This information allows you to make an informed decision on the scale and cost of your new home.

We will assess your site, such as views, topography, site features, orientation, and prevailing winds, among other things. We will make some preliminary investigations into your local council’s planning requirements for consideration in your new MCM Home. 

We will  prepare your bespoke MCM Home; which will include the site analysis, floor plans, and perspectives and will present them to you in our workshop meeting with the construction cost plan. 

Note: Prior to the start of this stage, we ask for an initial non-refundable payment of $4,950 (inclusive of GST). Should you wish to proceed to the next step, this cost is discounted from the final lump sum cost of the building contract.

At this stage, your construction contract is prepared for your review.

After entering into the building contract, we will obtain building approval to commence the construction of your new MCM Home.
